We’ve made the rounds and spoke to our teams across our Perth, and Canadian offices to share with you what makes our people tick and why they do what they do.
Let’s meet Danielle.
1. What is your role and why did you join INX?
I have just recently moved from Sales Administration into the Account Manager role, looking after some of our clients. The opportunity to work at INX Software came at a time when I was looking for a career direction. I was really intrigued by the product suite and the solutions that were designed to manage health and safety in the workplace. I knew I wanted to help people and make a difference, and felt like INX was a clear choice for this outlet.
2. How do you think your role contributes to helping people?
In my new role, I work closely with our clients where I get to see how our products have helped them to achieve their compliance and safety goals. If product usage assistance requests come through or there are interests in different products, I then help clients to determine the best way forward. I know that in helping my clients improve safety in their workplaces, I’m making a difference in the lives of their employees.
3. Since joining INX, what is something you feel you have brought to the company?
I am just starting out in my career so I bring different perspectives and outlooks on projects. When working alongside the team at INX who mostly have had more industry experience than me, I believe the collective solutions we present to assist our clients with their business challenges are more than capable of addressing the pain points they have.
4. What is one thing you have learned about yourself from working at INX?
From my time at INX so far, I have learned that I actually thrive under pressure. O was previously worried about how I would cope under stress but I’m glad that I’ve found my feet.
5. What interesting things has your job allowed you to do?
My job has allowed me to connect with different people, across different industries and job specialties. Having the chance to connect with people I usually wouldn’t meet in my daily life has opened up my perspectives.
6. What’s your favourite quote?
“Don’t let the fear of striking out, keep you from playing the game.” Something to remind me to keep going even when the odds aren’t in my favour.
