What a year 2021 was for INX Software!

Like most organisations, this time of year provides the opportunity to reflect on the previous 12 months and all we have achieved over that time. 2021 has been a remarkable year for INX Software as we continue to grow and evolve our teams and product offerings. The overwhelming feeling of our musings is one of great pride.

Wrap up 2021!

INX successfully launched two new products in INX Assessor and INX +Workflow Approval which have delivered significant benefits to our global client base. There has been continued feature enhancements to the core INX & SAM suite solutions which also drive operational efficiencies through effective workforce management, support safer and smarter business practices and keep our clients compliant with their regulatory exposures.

Sitepass joined the INX Family in 2021

In September, we were very excited to announce the acquisition of the Sitepass platform that helps organisations prequalify, onboard, verify and monitor their entire workforce and visitors. This platform and its talented team has greatly enhanced INX’s solution offering and even provided immediate solutions for COVID-19 vaccination management.

For those that are yet to learn of Sitepass by INX, we encourage you to reach out to your account manager or sales representative who will be excited to showcase our newest capabilities. We also look forward to updating how Sitepass by INX will be integrated with the core INX and SAM suites soon.

A new Cloud Platform for 2022

With continued investment in our technology offering, we have also laid the foundations for the new cloud platform which will see the first product migration in the first half of 2022. There is tremendous excitement from the INX team, partners and clients alike.

The innovation showcase hosted in October allowed us to walk through the development roadmap for the near term and longer investment horizons. We benefit greatly from the support of our board of directors, the shareholding group which they represent and the clients who continue to help shape the INX product offerings for today and the future.

A new Senior Leadership Team

INX announced the establishment of the Senior Leadership Team in July that is responsible for delivering on the strategic outcomes of the business. This high powered team has the skill, experience and motivation to ensure continued success across all parts of the INX business. We have already seen a tremendous impact on our operations, improved product development and delivery, client success and support and ultimately enhanced value to our client base. I have great faith in this group, their teams and thank them immensely for their commitment to our strategic goals.

Most recently, we were pleased to announce the appointment of our new CEO, Marcus Ashby who joins INX at an exciting time. Marcus will be with us early in 2022 and we look forward to updating everyone with our developments in the new year.

It has been a privilege to represent the entire INX operation this year and all those staff and contractors who make INX a fantastic team. 2021 has continued to present challenges to the way all businesses operate. Thank you to the entire INX team and partners for supporting our growth and ambitions throughout the year.
