Chief Executive Officer

Marcus Ashby

Marcus is an experienced executive leader in both technology and ICT sectors having spent 25 years working with organisations from start-up phase through to global technology Integrators. He has a passion for leading companies and teams through significant growth and change, and is motivated by the application of highly innovative technology to deliver successful outcomes for customers and all stakeholders involved. More recently he has worked in key roles (State and National) working for two multinational Japanese technology companies Fujitsu and NEC. Outside of work Marcus loves spending time with his wife and two children who are passionate about sport and in particular swimming. He is the treasurer of Westside Swimming club and volunteers his time each year to participate as a judge for the WA Incite (Technology) Awards. 



Chief Financial Officer

Thomas Spencer

Thomas is an experienced CFO with 20 years of progressive and diverse accomplishments in both the private and public sectors. As a CPA and member of the AICD, he is passionate about developing best practice finance functions within organisations through a triple bottom line approach to value creation. He draws on his experience in the asset management and investment banking sectors, having worked with market leaders Deutsche Bank, Capital International, and GMP Securities. Thomas joined INX in September 2019 and he is responsible for the overall finance strategy, treasury, accounting, tax and quality management functions. Outside of work, Thomas is a proud husband and father who enjoys giving back to his community through a treasury role at his son’s school and assisting with the local surf life-saving club.


Chief Technology Officer

Daniel Gordon

Daniel drives technology direction, innovation and development at INX. He has more than 20 years experience managing technology teams and working with leading SaaS applications globally. Prior to joining INX, Daniel held a senior leadership role at MYOB where he managed technology teams that delivered digital transformation of its flagship product. Previously he worked with Nine Entertainment in a senior technology leadership role leading the international teams that built and maintained over 50 digital properties. Daniel is passionate about using technology to create frictionless customer experiences and to enable businesses to meet their strategic objectives.
