Marcus is an experienced executive leader in both technology and ICT sectors having spent 25 years working with organisations from start-up phase through to global technology Integrators.
He has a passion for leading companies and teams through significant growth and change, and is motivated by the application of highly innovative technology to deliver successful outcomes for customers and all stakeholders involved.
More recently he has worked in key roles (State and National) working for two multinational Japanese technology companies Fujitsu and NEC.
Outside of work Marcus loves spending time with his wife and two children who are passionate about sport and in particular swimming. He is the treasurer of Westside Swimming club and volunteers his time each year to participate as a judge for the WA Incite (Technology) Awards.

With over 20 years of experience in business, marketing, business development and communications, she has built an international career on her ability to identify what matters in a business and create a shared purpose that informs a strategic direction and market position.
With a client-focused and commercial approach to marketing and business development, Jaimie has delivered strong growth outcomes.
Jaimie joins INX Software after a number of years as global head of marketing with a global accounting and advisory network where she led the brand and people strategy for the 34,000 strong organisation. When not working, she loves being at the beach and laughing with her two young daughters, Grace and Evie, keeping fit and enjoying great food!
Matt is an innovative and transformational technology leader with experience in building high performing engineering teams across multiple industries.
With a focus on unlocking the potential of his teams to deliver great customer outcomes, Matt helped shape the successful digital transformations at two of Australia’s leading media organisations. Most recently, Matt has held the role of CIO at AFG – a leading financial services company in WA.
During his time at AFG, Matt has helped guide the adoption of digital technology and new ways of engaging with customers through a period of record growth for the mortgage broking industry. Outside of work, Matt enjoys getting out and exploring Perth with his wife, sons and dogs, mountain biking and other things to keep fit, and spending an hour or two on the Xbox when possible.
Luke is a strategic and commercial-minded leader who is passionate about building high-performing teams. He is an experienced finance director and former management consultant who has worked internationally across a range of industries, including resources, oil & gas, energy, consumer products, healthcare and life sciences.
Luke joins INX Software from Alvarez & Marsal as a Director in the Corporate Turnaround and Restructuring team, with a focus on interim management and operational restructuring.
An avid traveller, Luke has lived and worked in six countries, including the United Kingdom, Kazakhstan, the Netherlands and Switzerland.
