Let’s meet Deepa.
1. What is your role, why did you join INX, and how long have you been here?
I am the Lead QA Analyst and have been working with INX for 8 years. INX stands out in innovation, quality and customer satisfaction. During my years here, I have seen the company transform and mature its process models to improve efficiency using lean management practices. INX is a highly collaborative company where I can constantly learn and develop new skills to keep up with the latest industry practices.
2. What is a memorable customer/story you’d like to share?
I do remember a time when there was an urgent query from a customer and I was given the opportunity to deal with them. It was a great feeling as I was able to communicate and interact with the client directly to resolve the issue. Seeing the customer happy was a memorable experience.
3. What interesting things have your job allowed you to do?
INX takes great care in nurturing the skills of employees. I have been able to perform various roles over the years involving QA, Leadership, Training and customer support. I was given opportunities to make key decisions to improve processes in my teams.
4. What’s one piece of advice that has helped you in what you do today?
Stay true to yourself while aligning with the company’s goals and objectives. Always be passionate and take pride in what you do.
5. Your favourite inspirational quote:
Never lose sight of your goals. You may make mistakes on the way but do not fear it. Because the most important thing is for you to learn from it and become a better person.
