Over the last year, we have been working strategically to deliver solutions and services that we believe will be of benefit to you, as our clients. Whilst there has been a lot to mention, the key areas of focus have been actively focused on enabling business continuity as well as developing our investment plans on our products for the next year.
We have recently released our new product, INX Assessor, which is our first new-generation cloud product. INX’s Assessor App is designed to overcome the common challenges of managing practical assessments in the field by replacing manual and paper-based processes that are error-prone and time-consuming. It has been the result of a fruitful collaboration and partnership with long-time clients, Mineral Resources Limited (MRL) and Barminco.
As we make a shift towards a new-generation cloud platform, we have invested in a new cloud platform for INX InViron which will form the basis of our future INX platform. We have also been finalizing an investment in our mobile apps for our key products.
This past December, we’ve acquired Vix Resources and since then we have been transitioning their product and team into the INX Software family. The SAM product sits within our Logistics stream, alongside INX InFlight and INX +Process and has an extensive range of features on offer. We have been hearing some excellent feedback from clients regarding current engagements and communications.
Last month we had our first client advisory board for safety and logistics clients. We have had fantastic feedback, and it was great to gain more client insight into the strategic imperatives for our clients in this workspace.
We also executed on our new third level support team which will focus on product defects. Having now developed a robust and agile process will enable us to get to product defects a lot more efficiently and effectively.
We have some very exciting things happening within our company but overall we are committed to our core value of ensuring that we assist organizations in providing a safer, smarter and more compliant workforce. We want to ensure that every person who uses INX, gets home safely to their families. It’s something that inspires us all so that we continuously deliver for you, our clients.
