Senior Customer Support Analyst

We are currently looking for a Senior Customer Support Analyst who is responsible for providing first and second-level technical support to INX clients and to support clients gain maximum value from their use of INX applications. This role will interact with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to successfully log, manage and resolve support tickets with a strong focus on delivering a high level of customer service and communication.  In addition, the role will provide ongoing mentoring and training to other Customer Support staff.
