COVID-19 and INX Software Service Continuity

UPDATED:

The impact of COVID-19 continues to affect communities and businesses globally. Our thoughts are with everyone who has been impacted by the pandemic. At INX, we have implemented a range of measures to ensure business continuity so you continue to receive uninterrupted service and support from INX and our partners.
Following our successful work from home trial on 17 March and the subsequent update from various governments on recommended social distancing measures, INX Software has strongly encouraged all employees to work from home. Strict social distancing is followed by any employees who choose to commute to an office during the pandemic.
We are providing ongoing support to employees as we all learn to navigate our new working. For our clients, these new working from home measures mean that you will see us online more for training, meetings and workshops. The new online engagement model has been well-received by our employees and clients and we are encouraged by the support you have all shown.
Our software helps businesses keep employees, contractors and workplaces safe. We have enhanced our products through the use of new workflows to help mitigate the impact of COVID-19 in our clients businesses. INX InControl includes new advanced workflows to enable workers to notify their employer if they tested positive for COVID-19, and automatic notifications enabling contingency plans to be activated immediately. Other COVID-19 enhancements include a return to work questionnaire and a site access checklist based on the guidelines of the World Health Organization (WHO). INX InFlight can be used to help you aid quarantine and site evacuation plans with rapid reporting on travel movements and rosters.
INX Software continues to monitor updates and recommendations from various governments and health authorities to guide our response. As always, our continued focus is the health and safety of our employees, their families, our partner organisations and our clients.

Over the coming weeks we will continue to provide updates.

INX Software is keeping a close eye on the developing situation regarding COVID-19 and its impact on communities and businesses worldwide. Our key priorities are the safety and well-being of clients and staff, and to maintain uninterrupted service and support. In the interest of transparency and the potential implications as an INX Client, I would like to share some of the recent policies we have implemented across our business.

Risk Mitigation:

  • All non-essential international and domestic travel and conference attendance have been cancelled until further notice.
  • Face-to-face meetings have been cancelled or converted to conference calls or online collaboration mediums.

Business Continuity:

  • INX Software will be undergoing a full day of Working-From-Home testing on Tuesday, 17 March 2020. The entire INX team will be working from home and stress-testing our remote working infrastructure in anticipation of our Business Continuity Plan (BCP) being enacted the following day.
  • We intend to split our entire workforce into two teams, who will then be working from the office on a week-on-week-off rotation. This will commence Wednesday, 18 March 2020, unless advised otherwise. Our BCP subcommittee will be regularly assessing this working arrangement periodically and in line with the developing CV-19 landscape and impacts on our business. Each of INX’s CFO, the INX Board and myself are in regular contact with this subcommittee to provide guidance and support as required for our business.

The above policies were developed in line with recommendations from various official sources including the World Health Organisation (WHO), the Australian Government Department of Health and the Western Australian Government Department of Health. We will continue to monitor their recommendations and will make further policy changes as necessary.

I would like to assure you that you can expect Business-As-Usual levels of service from INX. We have taken all necessary steps to ensure business impacts are minimal whilst our team commence working from home.

Should you require any assistance or have any questions pertaining to the above, please do not hesitate to email us at Contact@inxsoftware.com

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Best regards,
Basil Lenzo
CEO
