Joining our executive team, we have newly appointed a senior leadership team to cover a significant cross-section of the business. They will be responsible for managing their departments on a strategic and day-to-day basis ensuring there is unity within the company.

Gemma Grosse
Head of People & Culture
“In my first year at INX, I plan to review all policies and processes to ensure they are in best practice as well as enhance our learning and development offering to increase career development opportunities.”
Key Responsibilities: Developing and embedding people and culture strategy and processes to drive staff engagement and build upon INX’s great reputation as an employer.
Experience: Gemma used her Masters in HR and BSc Anthropology working for the past 20 years primarily in professional services and the disability sectors.
Charlotte Wyatt
Head of Client Services
“As a service leader, I am committed to delivering excellence, enhancing our client experience and enabling our clients to have a voice within INX.”
Key Responsibilities: Charlotte is responsible for leading a number of client facing department including Customer Support, Project Management, Implementation, Learning Solutions and Managed Services.
Experience: Charlotte has over 20 years’ experience in IT and customer focused roles across a variety of industries within the UK and Australia. With a proven background in transforming IT divisions into high performing customer focused centres with increased levels of customer and employee satisfaction.
Rebecca MacPherson
Head of Sales & Marketing
“My goal is to grow INX Net New Customer base by motivating and empowering my team to partner with companies who need change to reduce their risk, improve compliance and safety for their workforce from a single EHS, Workforce logistics and business compliance solution.”
Key Responsibilities: Rebecca is responsible for training, advising, and motivating her team and provide a comprehensive understanding of INX’s offerings. As well as this, she also develops and executes on Sales and Marketing initiatives to grow net new business and achieve company revenue goals.
Experience: Rebecca has 9 years’ experience in sales roles, 7 of which has been in the technology space providing solutions to high-risk industries. Starting at INX in 2014 I developed my skills as a Business Development Executive, transitioning in 2019 to a Solution and Sales lead roles to help develop and grow the new business team and strategies.
Steve Jones
Head of North America
“My goal is to grow awareness of the INX solutions across North and South America, to grow our net new customer base, to provide an exceptional customer experience across the region, and to build a talented, motivated, and experienced local INX team.”
Key Responsibilities: Steve is tasked to build a world-class local team capable of selling, supporting, and implementing the INX solution within the region and to advise on marketing initiatives to grow new business and achieve company goals.
Experience: Steve is an experienced and passionate business leader, focused on driving predictable revenue and corporate growth through focused sales and marketing programs and organizational alignment.
Valeria Spirovski
Head of Product
“INX has a really valuable platform offering that supports high risk, high complexity organisations manage their workforce and operations in a really unique way – and there’s so much potential in expanding and really capitalising on this offering.“
Key Responsibilities: As Head of Product, Valeria will be driving INX’s product strategy, vision and roadmaps, and embedding in this a design-led approach that will really differentiate the INX offering and experience from current market offerings. These will be key in evolving the current platform offering and driving a way forward that sees INX transform over the next 5 years.
Experience: Valeria has been shaped by a multitude of product and design leadership experiences across the resources sector in Perth, having lead approaches around Greenfields product innovation in many of these complex domains.
Rudy Kriel
Head of Engineering
“I want to ensure we create the right environment for our high performing teams to flourish, and consistently deliver value within a repeatable process. Alongside this, creating sustainable, extensible and elegantly architected solutions by maturing our Agile and software delivery capabilities.”
Key Responsibilities: Rudy is responsible for the software engineering teams and implementing quality products within INX. This includes our agile delivery processes, aligning these to add value to customers.
Experience: Rudy has over 20 years’ experience building and implementing sustainable solutions predominantly within the financial services sector. As part of this, he has managed and led various software development teams, and delivered strategic programs including Agile and digital transformations.
Drewan O’Brien
Head of Architecture
“At INX I’m aiming to create a best-in-class engineering practice with contextualisation and domain-driven-design principles at the centre – to ensure that every measure of data we capture can be utilised by our clients to start to drive decisions and automation.”
Key Responsibilities: Drewan will be driving the architecture and security strategy as well as shaping INX’s engineering practices and technology implementation. He will be focussing on fostering technology parternships with the likes of AWS, Auth0, CCX and Databricks.
Experience: Drewan comes with a serious tech pedigree, having worked with leading fintech and consulting organisations around Perth. His background has seen him deploy technology and architecture patterns that really define what it means to be at the edge of current thinking, models and approaches.
