Registers will now display document count, Task Scheduler improvements, enhance filtering capabilities in the Communications Register and fixes

- The ellipsis in the Registers will now display the document count
- Improvements have been made to the Task Scheduler
- Enhanced filtering capabilities have been enabled in the Communications Register and on several Standard Reports
