Actions and Workflow Transitions Fail When Event Contains Injury Records with No Injury Manager Assigned
Events containing injury records without an assigned Injury Management Coordinator could show an error when creating actions or progressing a workflow, even though the change had actually saved in the background. This sometimes led users to retry the same action, resulting in duplicates. Actions and workflow transitions now complete and display correctly, with no false errors or duplicate records.
