Bulk schedule non-accommodation room
This new feature is for the INX+Advanced Cleaning Web application. It will allow users to bulk schedule cleaning for non-accommodation rooms within INX+Advanced Cleaning. This will eliminate the daily requirement to schedule these cleans and allow cleaning managers to schedule them in advance.
This is now accessible via the ‘Bulk Schedule’ button in the Weekly Schedule screen via the ‘Schedule View’. You will see that the system will default to the ‘Section’ (block) that is currently being viewed. Users can, however, apply to all Sections and Areas.

Periodicals / Scheduling non-standard tasks
This new feature is for the INX+Advanced Cleaning Web and Tablet applications. By allowing these tasks to be scheduled, INX+Advanced Cleaning can now assist with tasks that a cleaner may need to conduct frequently, but not at every clean. This can be managed from within INX+Advanced Cleaning, removing the requirement for maintaining records outside of the system.
Periodical tasks can be tasks such as replacing an Air Conditioner Filters once a month.
When a periodical task is configured and applied to the rooms, both the INX+Advanced Cleaning web application and the INX+Advanced Cleaning tablet will display a clock icon to indicate a periodical task is required to be completed for that room.
For the cleaners, the task will appear at the top of their task list.
Under the Reports page, you can view the Periodical cleaning results. This report will display the task, the last clean date, the pre-populated next clean date (Deadline) projected from the frequency of the task calculated from the last clean date, the frequency of the task. The cleaner will remain not specified until the task has been completed.
The Show Summary button will display the summary of the tasks that are completed and still to do, immediately.
Periodicals can be set up on a camp-by-camp basis. The set up and configuration must completed by INXK2fly.
Improvements
Multiple photos for each observation
We have increased the number of photos allowed to be uploaded for each observation to four photos and increased the size by 200%.
Cleaner list management improvements
Managing your cleaners has just become easier. Cleaning managers are now able to make a cleaner inactive.
We have added an active/inactive toggle to filter the display of your cleaners, so the list remains shorter and introduced a search bar within the cleaners list, to allow users to search for their cleaners.
