Improved invitation flow for existing users
We’ve updated our invitation system to better support users who already have a Q Cloud account. Users with an existing account now receive a different email template prompting them to log in instead of signing up.
This change resolves the issue some users encounter when attempting to accept an invitation and receive the error message “user already exists.” The new email also includes a link to reset their password, if needed.
