Optimised Room Availability function for more accurate booking options
The Room Availability function in INX InFlight has been enhanced to provide more accurate booking options by ensuring unavailable rooms, such as those under maintenance, are no longer bookable. This update resolves previous issues with rotational shared rooms and ensures seamless scheduling by consistently blocking unavailable rooms from appearing in booking options, regardless of allocation type.
Enhanced accuracy for roster dates on the Group Maintenance page
We have fixed an issue on the Group Maintenance page, where rosters were being saved with the wrong date due to time zone differences. For example, if a user in Moscow sets a roster to start on July 20, 2023, at 00:00 (GMT+3), the system previously saved the date as July 20, 2023, at 05:00 (GMT+3), rather than aligning with the correct server time of 00:00 (GMT+8). This enhancement prevents discrepancies between the time entered by users and the time stored in the system, ensuring more accurate data handling across components.

Enhanced visibility of Employee IDs in the People Search function
Previously, while Employee IDs were present in individual profiles and could be filtered and searched, they did not appear in the main search display. We have now improved the People Search function in INXInFlight to ensure Employee IDs are now displayed correctly in search results.
