Craig Charlton, Chief Executive Officer

When you have customers who want more from your products, it’s a good problem to have. And if they ask for greater functionality, a roadmap for innovation and the confidence that you can grow as they do?

Those are commitments any good tech company should make.

In the few weeks since my appointment as CEO of INX K2fly I’ve had multiple conversations with customers — frank ones — where their long-term loyalty to our products has been clear.

Whether it is our workforce logistics suite, ESG software, resource governance or our health, training and safety solutions, the people who use INX K2fly products find them incredibly valuable in keeping their businesses running.

But they also want more. I’ve been asked for new features, smarter integrations and effective ways to streamline and save time and resources. As we get closer to Christmas, I’m pleased to say that’s a gift I can commit to.

Happy customers are as mission critical for our business as our software is for yours. So here are just a few things coming for 2025.

We have just announced we will be hiring additional developers to ramp up our pace of innovation. On the back of the recent merger between INX and K2fly, we are looking at how we build and connect our product suite and ensure every piece of software hits the mark.

We have appointed a new Chief Customer Officer, Chris Pennington, whose sole remit will be to advocate on behalf of our customers. Chris commences in January. I’ve worked closely with Chris in several roles before and I know he will be holding everyone in our business to account on your behalf.

We have also appointed a new Chief Revenue Officer Kellen Timboe, who will be invested in ensuring we retain and build our customer base. We can only do that by matching our products to your needs.

Finally, we are growing the industry strengths of our team. We see real value in growing our team with experts from the industry who intimately understand your challenges and opportunities.

That means linking technologists and developers with geologists, governance specialists, mining experts, logistics and health and safety experts so we concentrate all of our efforts behind what our customers need.

It’s just the start of what will be an exciting year for INX K2fly, but as we close this one out I’d like to thank those I’ve had a chance to meet for their candour and their continued loyalty.

Hearing directly from you helps us perform better and direct our energies in the right places. If we haven’t yet met, I’d welcome the chance for a conversation in the New Year.

In the meantime, to you and yours, I wish you a safe and happy break.

Sincere thanks for being a customer of INX K2fly.
