Enhancing induction training for improved workforce compliance
Induction training is an important feature in INX Sitepass that helps your business ensure compliance across your workforce through the delivery of online courses such as site inductions, policies, and procedures for employees, contractors, and visitors.
Users can now retake their completed induction training before the assigned reset date, helping them ensure they remain compliant prior to their site visits.
Additionally, this release includes improvements to provide greater flexibility for client administrators. Client administrators can now modify the reset date on a completed course. A new comment field is available when assigning a reset date or setting a new course status, enabling better documentation of relevant details to support the status change. Completed courses will now default to today’s date, enhancing record-keeping when documenting course completions on a user’s profile. Improvements have also been made to the configuration of induction training. Client administrators can now apply the updated reset period to both completed and new induction training, ensuring consistency and accurate reset dates.
To help your contractor administrators understand why they cannot edit or launch induction training for their employees, a message will now appear advising that only the assigned user can complete their training.
Introducing our new Contractor Administrator Details report for efficient communication
We have introduced the Contractor Administrator Details report to assist client administrators with a comprehensive document that consolidates contractor business administrators’ contact information. This streamlined document empowers your client administrators to easily communicate with contractor business administrators, request updates to their business information, or follow up on their employees’ onboarding and training.
