Improved Folio Remove feature for requestors
Requestors can now easily “Select All” bookings in a Folio Remove document with a single checkbox, automatically including all booking pairs in the removal request for faster and more efficient processing.
Enhanced Department and Employer dropdowns for multi-select
We have upgraded the Department and Employer dropdowns in the people search control to allow users to multi-select these attributes. This improvement is now available on selected people searches where multiple profiles may be returned, such as the bulk profile update page, multiple roster page, and multiple bookings page.
SAM ResID added to SRF195 SAM Profile Master Data
We have included the SAM ResID in the report, ensuring it is displayed and available each time the report is run. This will help streamline profile management, including when dealing with profile integrations.
Improvements
Enhanced audit logging for updated or deleted waitlists
We have improved audit logging on the SAM Admin | Audit page to provide users with details of moved and deleted waitlists. When a waitlist is moved between sequence numbers, the mode will be shown as “M,” and when a waitlist is deleted, the mode will be displayed as “D.”
Improved loading performance on the Carrier Bookings page
We have enhanced the Carrier Bookings page to reduce loading times when retrieving all upcoming Carrier flights.
Removed the Group Booking Name uniqueness requirement
We have removed the requirement for Group Booking names to be unique. As each Group Booking already has a unique ID, users will no longer see validation messages when using a previously used name for a Group Booking.
Fixes
SRF289 Person Room Type Assignment runs successfully
The report SRF289 Person Room Type Assignment now consistently runs successfully.
Splitting Accommodation in a Folio Reschedule document
We have fixed an issue preventing a Workflow Requestor from successfully requesting a split booking to an alternative camp for the first nights of an existing booking. The system now properly handles the booking, including last night room moves into a Virtual Room (VR).
Fixed the seat availability issue for multisector flights
We have resolved an issue where seat availability was incorrectly displayed in the transport indicators for multisector flights.
Resolved the Workflow Folio cancellation message issue
We have fixed an issue in Workflow where cancelling a newly created document before submission displayed an incorrect message. The message now accurately confirms that the request has been cancelled.
