Improvements
Dashboard Drill-Down Views
Preserve dashboards now support interactive drill-down views, allowing users to move directly from summary counts into filtered detail tables for faster investigation and reporting.
Previously, users needed to manually recreate filters or navigate through multiple screens to access underlying records.
Now users can drill into Overall Site Health, Monitoring Runs, Exceedances, Lab Runs, Untested Points, Sample Efficiency, Alerts, and Outliers, with the ability to export filtered results to Excel. Dashboard feeds were also enhanced to support the AI Summary bot, alongside updated dashboard documentation.
This enhancement improves visibility, reduces investigation time, and makes day-to-day monitoring workflows more efficient.
Reprocess Failed Automatic Lab Imports
Users can now reprocess failed automatic lab imports directly within Preserve.
Previously, failed imports often required manual intervention or support assistance to retry processing.
Now users can quickly retry failed imports and view clearer error information, improving reliability and reducing delays in laboratory workflows.
Monitoring Point History from Site Health
Monitoring history details are now available directly from the Site Health screen.
Previously, users needed to navigate away from Site Health to review monitoring history and exceedance information.
Now users can view monitoring history and exceedance details directly from a monitoring point popup, helping teams investigate issues more efficiently.
Site Contact Notifications for Exceedance & Warning Limits
Preserve now sends notifications to site contacts when exceedance or warning limits are triggered.
This enhancement improves visibility of environmental events, helping teams respond faster and reducing the risk of missed alerts.
CoC Document Attachments
Users can now upload and manage PO and quote documents directly within Chain of Custody (CoC) entities.
This improvement centralises supporting documentation, improves traceability, and simplifies audit preparation.
Mobile App Updates
The Preserve mobile app has been updated with refreshed branding and improvements to mobile file and attachment handling.
This release includes fixes for attachment uploads not displaying correctly while offline or waiting for connection, improved handling of unsupported file types such as MP4 uploads, and a fix for selecting images from the iOS gallery.
Together, these updates deliver a more reliable and consistent mobile experience for field users.
Fixes
This release also includes a range of usability improvements and defect fixes across Preserve, including:
- Fixed incorrect data calculations and filtering inconsistencies in data tables
- Resolved issues where Lab Report data and export values were displaying incorrectly
- Fixed Monitoring Program filters and “Clear Setting” behaviour not applying correctly
- Improved reliability of in-app notifications and resolved Monitoring Program API errors
- Added a close button to the Dry Bore popup and fixed a Site Health map rendering error

Together, these updates improve reliability, usability, and overall user experience across Preserve.
