Create profiles on workflow approval
To help streamline the user creation process, we have introduced the “Create profile on workflow approval” feature. Once enabled, a centralised user profile will be created across INX InControl, INX InFlight, and INX InTuition after the user has completed their onboarding workflows in INX Sitepass and has been assigned the Approved status.
This latest enhancement provides administrators with the ability to create only a user profile once their team members, visitors, and contractors have completed all assigned training, uploaded and verified necessary documentation such as licenses, and provided all required information within their mandatory onboarding workflows.
Sync INX Sitepass users with an existing person profile
To help reduce the creation of duplicated profiles, we have introduced the configuration feature “Sync INX Person profile for existing profiles”. Once enabled, an existing user with the same first name, surname, and email address will be merged with its duplicate and a new user profile will not be created.
