Sitepass and Quartex Identity integration

We’re making it easier to connect Sitepass with the broader Quartex platform. This release brings Quartex Identity, Quartex’s identity and access management platform, to Sitepass.

Quartex Identity helps create a more connected Quartex experience by giving users one set of credentials and a consistent sign-in experience across supported Quartex products. For Sitepass customers, this makes it easier to adopt additional solutions without introducing separate accounts for the same workforce.

The result is simpler access for users, less credential management for administrators, and greater flexibility in how workforce authentication is managed.

Quartex Identity is an optional, paid service and is disabled by default. Existing users, sign-in methods and onboarding processes remain unchanged unless your business chooses to enable it.

Key benefits

• One set of credentials – Users sign in to Sitepass and other Quartex products with a single Quartex account.
• Central credential management – For identity managed users, usernames, passwords and password resets are managed in Quartex Identity, providing a centralised account details management.
• Access across Quartex products – A Quartex Home link allows users to move between Sitepass and the central Quartex landing page.

Choose a Standard or Quartex Identity account when inviting a team member

When Quartex Identity is enabled, you can choose the type of account a team member receives at the point of invitation. This gives you control over each person’s sign-in experience from the moment they are onboarded.

• Standard – A standard Sitepass team member account. This option is always available and remains the default.
• Quartex Identity – A standard Sitepass team member account linked to Quartex Identity, providing single sign-on across Quartex products.

Because account type is selected per person, businesses can support both Standard and Quartex Identity users within the same business and role structure. This allows you to introduce single sign-on gradually and at a pace that suits your organisation.

This applies to all invitation methods, including:

• Email invitations
• Single-use links
• Multi-use onboarding links

Sitepass and Quartex Profile integration

This release also introduces Quartex Profile integration, helping strengthen the connection between Sitepass and other Quartex products.

Create a profile once and it is automatically shared across Sitepass, SAM Suite, Quartex Identity and Quartex Safety. Update a detail in one product and the others stay in sync automatically.

That means no more duplicate records, less manual administration, and greater confidence that everyone is working from the same up-to-date information.

Quartex Profile is an optional capability and is disabled by default. It is only enabled when requested, meaning existing users and processes are not impacted unless your business chooses to adopt it.

• Onboard once – Enter a person in one product without needing to recreate them in others.
• Keep profile information in sync – Core details are automatically updated across connected products.
• Maintain data consistency – Reduce duplicate records and ensure teams are working from the same information.
• Complete audit history – Profile linking and centrally managed updates are recorded in the person’s history log.

Managing profiles with Quartex Profile page

When Quartex Profile is enabled, a new Quartex Profile page becomes available in the Sitepass portal.

The Quartex Profile page gives you a clear view of everyone who exists in Quartex but has not yet been onboarded into your Sitepass business, helping ensure nobody slips through the gaps.

Sitepass does the easy work for you. Where an incoming profile matches an existing record using an email address, it is linked automatically. Any unmatched profiles are displayed on the page, ready for review and action in one place.

From the Quartex Profile page you can:

• See who still needs onboarding – Review profile details, created dates and invitation status, and search or filter to identify people awaiting action.
• Invite people into Sitepass – Invite them as team members, workers from connected contractor businesses, or visitors attending a worksite on a specified date and time.
• Invite in bulk or archive profiles – Send the same invitation to multiple people at once or archive profiles that are not relevant to your business.

Profiles are removed from the page automatically once an invitation has been accepted and the profile has been linked to your business, ensuring the list only shows profiles that still require action.new Quartex Profile page has been added to the Sitepass portal.
