    Version 5 of INX InHealth not only included a major overhaul to the user interface but also a whole new suite of functionality within the occupational hygiene management space. The project started in December 2016 and involved several clients and industry experts assisting with the design. By the end of the project, we had 14 different companies contributing to the project. Profile your workforce into SEGS:

Profile Similar Exposure Groups (SEGs) and capture a wide range of information including workforce makeup and common activities, sampling quotas and results, exposure risk assessment outcomes, sampling exceedances and statistics and general documentation.

Health evaluation forms made easy

A comprehensive form building and configuration tool provides users with a seamless way to transform their hard copy medical forms to a digital format. Detailed business rules can also be applied to form fields to control the way by which the form is populated. 

Employee medical surveillance

Capture medical assessments such as pre-employment medicals, routine medical screening, drug and alcohol testing, exit medicals and more. Each type can be designed, scheduled and tracked through to completion and outcome to determine an employee’s fitness for work.

Exposure identification and management

INX InHealth provides users with the ability to capture and categorise contaminant exposures across SEGs. Users can define sampling quotas, sampling templates, conduct risk assessments and run statistics of exposures at the SEG level across their organisation.


Regulatory and corporate compliance

INX InHealth provides users with the ability to define exposure limits per contaminant for a variety of standards and adjustment models. Where there is an exceedance of such results, users are notified and can clearly identify records within the system to notify the relevant stakeholders.


Contaminant sampling strategy

INX InHealth provides a platform for users to define their sampling quotas and overall strategy per SEG and exposure across projects. Actual sample counts are recorded against scheduled quotas to track the percentage complete.



Manage occupational health risks

Users can conduct risk assessments to determine risk rankings per exposure across each SEG. A configurable risk matrix ensures the ranking is applicable to your workplace. Each assessment can be run in conjunction with statistics reports to insert quantitative values against each ranking.  

Secure user access

With such sensitive and personal information being managed, it is essential that this is maintained in a secure and compliant system. INX InHealth provides multiple security role levels which can be managed against each individual’s position within the organisation to ensure specific information is only visible to granted users.


Securely manage your data

Managing your occupational health and hygiene evaluations and ensuring sensitive data is stored appropriately and securely within INX InHealth. Documentation can be uploaded against records and user changes are tracked throughout the system to maintain a complete audit trail. 


Simplify reporting requirements

Data captured within INX InHealth can be reported on via a selection of pre-configured reports to help trend and analyse health results and clinic information. Reports can be emailed or scheduled to run in a variety of formats including PDF, Word, and Excel. Users can opt to build health related dashboards utilising the INX +BI module.

Minimal disruption to business

Integration between programs and systems allows for information to be automatically updated which reduces administration and improves data integrity. INX InHealth is often integrated with third party programs meaning that data required for management of occupational hygiene and medical surveillance is always accurate.
