Multifactor authentication is now available
Multifactor authentication is an added extra layer of security beyond passwords and usernames, and users now have the option to set it up within their user profile using email and SMS.
Improvements
Improved observation email options within the web application
Users are now able to send additional observations to a second email address. When you have a different email address that requires different information, our application will allow two options for advising different types of observations.
For example, email address #1 needs to be informed about belongings left in the room, while email address #2 needs to be informed about an alcohol check.
To configure the email addresses for observations under the General List items, please contact INX support.
Improved report extraction within our web application
We have made improvements to the Distribute Schedules page to allow users to export the cleaning runs into Excel, which also includes the camp code.
Scope set-up improvements within our web application
Administration users can edit their site configuration for buildings, sections or areas, including pods, blocks and rooms through our web application, without requiring code changes or direct access to the database.
Buildings represent any geographical area such as a group of blocks or pods.
