Map laboratory-specific parameters to Preserve parameters
Now you can custom map parameter names sent by specific labs to the existing parameters. Your lab reports will never get rejected due to calling a known parameter by a different name.
Pre-define laboratory report turnaround times
When creating a chain of custody, simply select the turnaround time for a smoother and more cost-effective process for your laboratory report.
Optional import of the method and MDL fields using the automatic laboratory importer
We have made the method and MDL field optional, meaning reports received from the laboratory will not be rejected due to not having the method and MDL fields populated. The true definition of limits in standards and monitoring programs is also now visible.
Define the warning and exceedance limits with more clarity
You now have more flexibility to determine specific limits that trigger exceedance and warnings. For example, if you want alerts generated for results between 0 and 10 but not 0, you can specify the lower limit as 0.0000001.
