Maintenance of major software library and database updates

This is a web and mobile release only, meaning there is no downtime required.
The release is focused on maintenance of a major software library and database updates supporting the Public API initiative.
All clients will need to complete any assessments on Monday, prior to upgrades on Tuesdays, and update their mobile application before commencing assessments on the Wednesday after.
