New index changes to support INX+Process updates
We have identified an issue where users encountered poor latency and timeouts within the INX+Process Workflow Requests page.
To resolve this issue, we have implemented four indices on the Workflow Request and Workflow Request stage tables. This fix has introduced a noticeable performance update to your workflow experience.

Version 3 of our Telstra Messaging API
We have made updates to INX InFlight following the upgrade to Version 3 of our Telstra Messaging API. You can continue to use the SMS functionality within INX InFlight with no noticeable changes.
Version 2 of the Telstra Messaging API will no longer be supported.
