SOC 2 emerged as a means for clients to assess the safety of investing in an organisation and gauge its vulnerability to significant data breaches. With the escalating significance of technology in our economy and the heightened importance of data security, SOC 2 has evolved into a dependable cornerstone that businesses across the globe depend on.

We are proud to announce our SOC 2 Type 2 compliance for INX Preserve, recognising the value it brings to instilling trust and assurance in our operations.

SOC 2 stands for Service Organisation Controls 2; a security standard widely recognised and respected to maintain best practices for a secure information system. The goal since the inception of SOC’s first iteration was to offer guidelines for protecting digital information systems and have a measured way for organisations to demonstrate their systems were low risk for investors.

Becoming SOC 2 compliant involved implementing a variety of applicable security practices and policies and then completing an audit through a third-party auditor. Not only is SOC 2 the most commonly accepted report, but it’s also considered one of the most rigorous reports that exist today.

4. Established and maintaining privacy policies and procedures in accordance with laws and regulations. Personal information is collected, used and retained appropriately and privacy preferences are respected.
