INX Software, a global provider of workforce management software-as-a-solutions (SaaS) in the environment, health, safety, and risk management sectors, today announced it has appointed its new Chief Executive Officer, Marcus Ashby.
Marcus is an experienced executive leader in both the technology and ICT sectors having spent 25 years working with organisations from start-up phase through to leading global technology companies including NEC and Fujitsu. His exposure to world leading innovation and capability has enabled him to assist many corporate and government entities as they gather momentum in building out their teams, growth and customer delivery programs.

As INX Software continues its rapid growth, a key part of the strategy is integrating acquired solutions and adding new products to extend INX’s portfolios. Marcus Ashby has the skills and experience to lead INX Software into this next phase of growth and build a unified portfolio of products that INX customers highly value.”
INX Software has undertaken significant transformational development of its solution platform over the last 12 months by increasing investment into research and development by 80%, in addition to the solutions acquired via the two acquisitions of the SAM Suite in December 2020, and more recently Sitepass in 2021.
Alongside Thomas Spencer, the senior leadership and broader INX team, Marcus will continue to lead this next stage of growth for the benefit of new and existing customers and stakeholders.
