INX Software Pty Ltd have sold a majority stake to the Tanarra Group, a diversified Australasian alternative asset firm with over $1 billion funds under management and global investment portfolio.
Tanarra has a long track record of owning, partnering with and investing successfully in both public and private companies, from early stage venture capital through to well-established businesses, particularly in the technology sector.
Positioning for sustainability and growths
Having Tanarra as the largest shareholder will provide us with assurance of long-term sustainability and investment in the business, which will benefit all INX Software clients.
A key focus going forward will be to invest in technology, marketing and growth initiatives to accelerate the evolution of INX and its products.
