2023 has been a busy and exciting year for INX Software as we’ve evolved our brand, enhanced our software solutions, and pursued global growth.
But most importantly, we’ve supported almost 300 companies this year, helping them better protect their people and the planet through our intuitive software solutions.
We’ve evolved our brand and our purpose
A little over a year ago, we unveiled our contemporary new look to an international audience, embracing a refreshed brand and new look and feel for our products.
It was the result of hundreds of hours of consultation and engagement with our valued clients and in-house experts — and it was about far more than just a new look.
Our rebrand signified a renewed purpose for our business: enable our clients to protect their people and the planet.
In 2023, we continued to leverage the impact of our new brand and promote our purpose by launching our new dynamic website. It’s helped raise the profile of our business and connect our products with new markets and audiences.
We have also had a busy schedule of events and conferences throughout the year, keeping us in touch with the industries and trends that matter to our clients.
We’ve been guided by a new leadership team
In the past 12 months, we’ve made some significant changes to our Executive Leadership Team to guide the business in our pursuit of global expansion and sustainable growth.
The newest appointments to our Executive Leadership Team include Marcus Ashby as Chief Executive Officer; Jaimie Godden as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer; Matt Faries as Chief Technology Officer, and Luke Disbury as Chief Financial Officer.
Since joining the company, the Executive Leadership Team has prioritised reconnecting with our existing long-term clients and enhancing our suite of software products.
We’ve listened and adapted
This year we’ve reshaped our business to make client-centric behaviour central to our identity as a company.
We’re achieving this by continuing to co-design software features and solutions based on client feedback. We encourage open two-way communication with our clients as it helps us foster stronger relationships and grow as a business.
In November we also launched our first ‘Client Co-Lab’ to encourage the exchange of feedback and ideas in an open forum.
We’ve innovated and enhanced our software solutions
As a scalable, global SaaS provider, we understand the range of tracking, reporting, and planning challenges that our clients face daily to keep their people safe and reduce their impact on the environment.
It’s why we provide practical and intuitive software solutions that help to make the complex simple.
And we’re constantly evolving our world-class software too, with timely upgrades across our software solutions in 2023, ensuring our solutions continue to be responsive to changing business landscapes and regulatory requirements.
In May this year, we unveiled INX IGNITION, a major upgrade with innovations and improvements across our suite of products, including the integration of INX Sitepass with INX InFlight and INX InControl to provide a smoother experience for clients.
The upgrade also included the integration of INX InFlight with our cleaning management enhancement, INX+Advanced Cleaning.
We’re proud that we secured SOC 2 compliance for INX Preserve, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to robust and internally recognised security standards. Our offline-capable mobile application was also released this year to give our clients’ environmental advisors the power to better protect their piece of the planet.
We enhanced our clients’ data and insight capabilities with the launch of INX Cortex. Our solution was built in partnership with Snowflake and Mechanical Rock, meaning our clients can gain near real-time insights by bridging the gap between our world-class INX SAM Suite data and their internal platforms.
We’ve helped to upskill workforces
In July 2023, we launched INX Academy as a self-paced, on-demand online training platform to better support our clients to get the most out of our software solutions.
INX Academy provides video tutorials, step-by-step instructions, knowledge checks, and simple overviews of our software to help workforces up-skill within test environments.
We’ve also hosted a series of webinars on our product range to provide further insights and practical demonstrations targeted at those looking for workforce management solutions.
Looking to the future – what’s in store for 2024?
Looking ahead to the new year, we know there are further changes on the horizon when it comes to the regulatory landscape.
2023 may have been the year of ESG, but many companies are still on the journey of improving their sustainability reporting and telling their story.
Our focus in the year ahead will continue to be on supporting our clients to gather and access more valuable data insights, enhance reporting, and streamline workforce management, health, safety, and environmental practices to better protect their people and the planet.
